I am a proficient, self motivated, willing to lead or follow and a team player Virtual Assistant with excellent skill and knowledge.I have experience in managing the Customer Support function in one of the biggest Data Center in the Philippines which is responsible for providing customer support services such as the 24x7 helpdesk facility, single point of contact for resolution of customer service related issues, software and hardware troubleshooting and maintenance. Manages the entire systems support group operations on internal/external clients that need system and design and implementation services such as quality resolution for systems and email services based on customer needs and system support available resources.
